hmmmmmmm........... lost my mojo....

Haven't got a stitch done today, been pondering on what to do all day.............  what's up with me?  maybe it's all this rain we've been having here in Geelong....... maybe I need some sunny days to get me on the go again.

Us gals got together to scrap again on Thursday, and I just couldn't get started.  I made a few flowers and  almost completed a beachy scene - I got the idea from one of the pages I found in the shop, and did my own twist on it..... I finished it off yesterday, I think I'll do another in different colours, it's cute and playful.....  I think the curvy waves are funky!.!.! And the thongs (slops in SouthAfrica) are too gorgeous!   Everything is hand drawn and was so much fun to do!!!       

I have been wanting to do a real shabby chick, romantic, vintagey, flowery layout for a long time now, but I keep putting it off and distracting myself.......  think I don't have confidence in myself to get it to turn out as good as I'm hoping for..................  (sigh....)  anyway, here's one of my "distractions".....
